Riddle me this, Batman...

We're going to play a game. Well, not so much a "game" (you can't lose this and neither can I, which is a good thing for me since I haven't really been one for winning anything as of late), but I'm going to ask you 5 questions and then you can humor me and answer them in the comments section. How lucky for you!

Okay, mom...have fun...

1. What is your favorite album of the year so far?

2. If you could eat any one cereal for the rest of your life, what would you pick?

3. If you were given $100 and you were told that you had to spend it on yourself, what would you spend it on?

4. What is the most recent movie that you've seen that you actually thought, "Wow. That was surprisingly good!" after it was over? (If you can't think of a movie that was "surprisingly good", I'll also take "actually good" or "not bad"...)

5. What is the one place you would travel to if you had unlimited funds?

I have a feeling that this is really going to be an experiment as to how few people actually read this blog, but still...fun times!

Toby Keith - 35 Greatest Hits (and yes 2008 is "so far this year" in my book)

2. If you could eat any one cereal for the rest of your life, what would you pick?

Prime Rib with coarse horseradish sauce

3. If you were given $100 and you were told that you had to spend it on yourself, what would you spend it on?

myself (ah, who am I kidding, probably on the person who gave me the $100 because I don't like to follow rules not made by me)

4. What is the most recent movie that you've seen that you actually thought, "Wow. That was surprisingly good!" after it was over?

Longest Yard (Remakes are never good, but Adam Sandler did a respectable job.)

5. What is the one place you would travel to if you had unlimited funds?

Australia, via Rome, Venice, London, Madrid, Paris, Cairo, Monte Carlo, Costa Rica, Moscow, Grand Canyon, Seattle, Anchorage, Engelstad Arena, Frozen Four, Superbowl, Final Five, Boston, D.C., NY NY, Cozumel, St. Thomas, Oktoberfest, Great Wall of China, Greece, Miami, Yellowstone NP, Glacier NP, Hawaii, New Orleans, San Antonio, and Garden of the Gods

1. Hands down...the Mutlu EP, though probably released prior to the year TWO THOUSAND and ten.

2. Peanut Butter Capt'n Crunch

3. 91 Wendy's Double Stack cheeseburgers with ketchup, mustard, pickles and mayo (or as many you can get with the sales tax)

4. I don't know...I generally am not surprised in a good way at the movie theater, but I'm told I'm stoic. I guess I'll have to turn back the hands of time and say "Stomp the Yard". (that just happened)

5. Mike Grosz's suitcase

Okay, I'll play. I'm supposed to be doing laundry and packing for my trip to Branson tomorrow (yee haw...the Vegas of the Ozarks), but anything to stall actual work is a good thing, right?

1. newworldson (They are seriously funky. I adore them.)

2. Fiber One. I'm just a regular girl.

3. Concert tickets. Duh.

4. I recall saying that about a movie I saw recently, but I don't remember what it was. I don't remember who was in it or what it was about, but I recall feeling positive about it. So maybe when I said, "That was surprising good" I was referring to the buttery goodness of the popcorn I consumed. A tasty snack can always skew my opinion about any activity.

5. Cornelius, North Carolina. A big part of my heart lives there.

Lady Antebellum's "Need You Now"
I tried to play by the rules and pick a 2010 album! I haven't listened to Mutlu yet, but I'm sure that I'll love it! I'm guessing that Amos Lee's new one will be my fave though whenever it comes out.

2. If you could eat any one cereal for the rest of your life, what would you pick?
Golden Grahams

3. If you were given $100 and you were told that you had to spend it on yourself, what would you spend it on?
I'd go out for a nice dinner, drinks, and a movie. Or I'd buy another purse!

4. What is the most recent movie that you've seen that you actually thought, "Wow. That was surprisingly good!" after it was over? (If you can't think of a movie that was "surprisingly good", I'll also take "actually good" or "not bad"...)
2012! I really didn't want to see that movie at all, but ended up really liking it.

5. What is the one place you would travel to if you had unlimited funds?
Italy...Rome, Venice, Florence, Vatican City

--I don't know if it counts to say Taylor Swift...so I wont say it :) I don't have a favorite, yet, it's only May.

2. If you could eat any one cereal for the rest of your life, what would you pick?

Trix...no question. I LOVE it.

3. If you were given $100 and you were told that you had to spend it on yourself, what would you spend it on?

I would probably buy clothes for work, sadly...or summer. But def. shoes and makeup.

4. What is the most recent movie that you've seen that you actually thought, "Wow. That was surprisingly good!" after it was over? (If you can't think of a movie that was "surprisingly good", I'll also take "actually good" or "not bad"...)

The Lovely Bones. I heard some pretty bad things about it, but I thought it was pretty good. And The Blind Side--sports movies have a soft spot in my heart.

5. What is the one place you would travel to if you had unlimited funds?

Greece (not right now...), Paris, London, Australia...Pretty sure I would just tour the world!
